You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these binding agreements under Turkish law.
What constitutes a breach of digital stewardship?
Any attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security protocols of BosphorusInsightHelios.digital is a violation. We employ advanced monitoring to ensure our investment data remains secure and utilized within the scope of its intended analytical purpose. Automated extraction without explicit API authorization is grounds for immediate termination of service.
Intellectual Property Ownership

Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Bosphorus Insight Helios reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.
